Shipping

We only offer shipping through our online store to New Zealand addresses only at this time. Please contact us if you are outside of New Zealand and wish to place an order.

 

Shipping costs will be advised at checkout, and will be relevant to what you purchase. They are usually between $5 - $10, but may be more for larger/heavier items.

As most of our products are custom made, dispatch times may vary, so please allow up to 10 business days from order placement to receive your order. We expect that delivery to addresses within New Zealand will arrive within 3-5 business days of the order being dispatched. Rural delivery may take longer. You can track your order via the dispatch email confirmation. If there may be a delay in making your order, we will be in touch. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to fulfil it as quickly as possible. 

 

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at info@conspicuousrevelry.co.nz.

Returns & Exchanges

Conspicuous Revelry is dedicated to providing quality goods and services to our customers. We hope you will love what you have ordered, but if something isn't correct, please let us know.

If you wish to return or exchange an item (non personalised), please fill in this form.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalised or bespoke items, unless there is a fault on our behalf, or damaged upon delivery. Once you have placed an order with us, we will send through a proof for you to approve. Please check the proof carefully, as once you confirm the order, this will be the names or wording we will use. Once it is approved we cannot change, exchange, refund or cancel the order. If there is a wording fault, some products errors can be returned and fixed for a charge if the fault was due to an oversight on your proof confirmation, or for free if the fault is on us. Please contact us at info@conspicuousrevelry.co.nz to organise what to do if this occurs.

If you receive your personalised order and genuinely do not love it, we would be sad but understand sometimes expectations do not meet reality. If this is the case, we would love to talk about how we can correct the problem. Please email info@conspicuousrevelry.co.nz if this is your scenario.
